work with PPI network

I am working in clustering on PPI network , how I can work with data set DIP? how use the information in DIP or Krogan or yeast data set

Given that the data is a graph, you could apply a graph node clustering algorithm such as MCL, spectral clustering or any number of community detection algorithms. I don't quite understand the question about how to work with DIP. Just download the data and if needed convert it to a suitable format for use by your clustering software.

tanks I don't know that how apply data in data set for start .I don't know information in DIP or other data set and how use of data set
