I have dna cif files. So, I have to find chiral volume in nucleic acid. For this I need 4 atoms. One of these is C3' and it's central.

Chirality is a key concept in organic chemistry. Please read a beginners text book on organic chemistry and make yourself familiar with the numbering of C atoms in nucleosides.
