where to find PTMs?

Hello,

I know that I can search for PTMs in UniProt. What I want is 1- is there any automatic way to download all PTMs from it? if no, how can I get all the PTMs manually or by python? or R ? or any other programming language ? 2- is there any other web database that I can get PTMs?
