What are the differences between MS1, MS2 and MS3? which methods belong to each of them and how one can recognise what is what ?

@genomax2 thank, the description is a bit bizarre, lets assume TMT , you should label it and it is measured in LC-MS-MS, means it is MS2 but it is many times written label free!!! is it right ?
