hI I have got some genes. I want to find the sequences of the proximal promoter of those genes. Some tools i can paste the genes and can find the over represented TFBs but some tools are asking for the sequences... Please help me out

When you say you've got genes, do you mean gene names, gene sequences, or something else? Please explain.

Then find the sequences for those gene names from one of the standard sequence databases (NCBI, Ensembl, UCSC etc).
