Hi friends

Does anyone know about R share code center like GitHub or Sourceforge? Is there any R code resource for bioinformatics analysis?

If no, I suggest such resource section here in Biostars which helps us for sharing or using R codes in NGS project and also for visualization.

Tnx.

It's a bit unclear to me what code you are looking for, what type of analysis do you want to perform? I generally don't have a problem to find suitable R code from various sources on the internet.

Isn't Bioconductor enough?

Bioconductor is nice, but I mean something for sharing our analysis codes. Suppose you like to create nice plots for Microarray data, you need to search for similar codes to visualize your data . Also, for A-Z R pipeline analysis, it is hard to find and evaluate different packages for specific/general analysis. I think there is need for such place.
