Hello I’ve downloaded a raw data from GEO database from NCBI, you know NCBI has a section named "Data processing" in which explained about trimming too,I want to know data that we download are cleaned or I should trim adapter ?
Always safe to pass data through a trimming program. If it is pre-trimmed you would lose a bit of time and that would be all.
