I downloaded CEL files from GEO. The platform is "
GPL6246 [MoGene-1_0-st] Affymetrix Mouse Gene 1.0 ST Array [transcript (gene) version]".
My question is:
What is this GPL6246 platform?
Which annotation file should I download from Affymetrix website? I didn't find any thing similar in their annotation category "Gene Expression Analysis Arrays".
Is there a way to identify which probes are transcription factors?
