For students with a Bachelor degree in the biosciences, bioinformatics or related fields, the following Master course programme may be of interest to you:
Master in Integrated Systems Biology (University of Luxembourg)
Objectives: This Master enables students to acquire deeper knowledge in biosciences taking into account new technologies. This involves the handling of large amount of data and thus bioinformatics and network analysis are essential elements in this modern education in biosciences
Duration: 2 year full-time programme / 4 semesters: 120 ECTS
Teaching language: English

120 EURO (?) per semester seems to be a very low fee for a program that is granting a Masters degree. Is this an online or in-class program?
The website also mentions a registration fee of 200 euro per semester.
Hi No, but the fees of most masters in Luxembourg are very low except for Master in Finance at the University of Luxembourg. The University of Luxembourg has for policy to attract the best international students. I actually did this master. I have a master from a University in Paris and a must admit that I really prefered this master. The master accepts more or less 20 students and therefore has more money to train student in the most common wetlab techniques and also Chip-seq or GC-MS. At il also trains the students in modelling and programming. So that the students aquire competence in wetlab and dry lab.

That's difficult to say. There is no test to pass or anything. The selection is based on the CVs, reference letters, motivation letters and skype interviews. It is obvious that the chance of entering the master depends on the number of applicants. I was accepted without any difficulties but I had already a master in molecular biology and had done several internships and therefore had good reference letters. I would say that a motivated student with a biological or computational background that did some internships or had good marks during the bachelor has good chances to enter the master.
