SRA data deletion after convertion to FASTQ

I have not much space on my laptop. Do I have to have them saved in the system ? Or it is better to remove them ?

No need to save the SRA files. They can be removed. In future get the fastq files directly from EBI-ENA. Search with SRA# you need.
