What are possible tools that can be used for analysis of structural variants and easy to interpret in targeted sequencing data approach without providing control samples (Human samples) ?

Thank you.

pindel might be worth a look, though I don't know how well it works for targeted sequencing data. Think it's meant more for whole genome analysis.

Hi, I recently also conduct the SV analysis of target sequencing. From my own experience, I think you can try manta, a very sensitive and high performance tool which also under active maintain. Also It can analysis single sample without control sample, you can refer the manual.
