Hi I tried to download sff extract, but it would open only ac an htm file..so I copied the text to a text editor and saved the file and tried to run it. I receive the following error message:' Traceback (most recent call last): File "sff_extract", line 37, in ? import subprocess ImportError: No module named subprocess

I assume that this is the download page.

First, right-click on the link, choose "Save as" and name the file "sff_extract.py".

When I run "python sff_extract.py", I see a usage message with no error related to subprocess. The error message means that Python cannot find the "subprocess" module on your system. A Google search for that error message suggests that your version of Python may be pre-2.4 (in which case upgrade to a newer version), or that "import subprocess" can be replaced by "import os.system", for older Python versions.
