Hello using Hisat2-build to generate index files for ovine reference genome v4.0, it gets so far and then complains that the software is disrupting the network connection and stops. any suggestions welcome
What kind of network connection? nfs mounts from your local storage? Are your local admins killing the job if it is overwhelming network links on the cluster?
That might explain it, I am working from home on a laptop connected via wifi to a remote cluster at work, I might wait to get back in to execute the command again. Thank you! Marion
