Hey guys!
I would like to show the orientation of some CDS, but not with colors more like with some kind of arrows. I'm sure I've seen this in one tutorial, but sadly I cant find it.
Side question: I can only label tiles when i declare the color in the .conf file. Is there a way that you can put the color and the label in the tile file too?
It's been many years since I used circos, but afair there's no way to place arrows on tracks. You could put your CDS on separate tracks though..
Please share the code that you have produced so far.
