gff to GFF3 converter

Hi, For running Proteinortho 5 I need to supply a .gff file. My .gff file is like that

> NZ_FOTL01000022.1       Protein Homology        CDS     284     1399  
> .       -       0       ID=cds0;Parent=gene0;Dbxref=Genbank:WP_0
> 67148436.1;Name=WP_067148436.1;gbkey=CDS;inference=COORDINATES: similar to AA sequence:RefSeq:WP_011954378.1;product=radical SAM
> protein ;protein_id=WP_067148436.1;transl_table=11

But the sample .gff file from the software is following

> gi|12345678|ref|NC_012345.1|    sim     CDS     1       1       .     
> +       .       ID=C_1;

How can I convert my files to theirs?
