Does anyone know a tool able to prioritize GWAS-identified SNPs?

I used to use the SNP Prioritization Online Tool (SPOT), however, it has been disabled. Does anybody know if there is a tool similar to this one?

What kind of SNPs are this? Coding regions, non-coding?

I have a list of both coding and non-coding SNPs.

The SPOT software allowed to analyze both coding and non-coding SNPs... I know GWAS4D allows the analysis of non-coding SNPs but I haven't found any tool for the study of coding and non-coding variants in the same query.
