p-value or log2 FC to z score

I have a table of differential expressed genes with each gene - FDR p vale and Log2 Fc . Is there an online or easy method to convert these p values to z score?

You will have to also calculate the odds ratios and the upper and lower confidence intervals, as I do here: A: SNP dataset and Z Score
