Qualifications and experience
- You have a deep knowledge and proficiency in the development of bioinformatics tools for NGS data analysis
- You have a solid background in genetics and statistics
- You have taste for scientific reproducibility and for the development and implementation of bioinformatics pipelines applied to genetic analyses
- You are proficient in different programming languages (Python, Go, R, Perl, Bash)
- You are highly proficient in spoken and written French
- You are highly proficient in scientific English

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good writing skills (mostly in French)
What we offer
- Permanent contract starting October 29 2018
- Work site: CHU Sart-Tilman (Liege, Belgium)
- Working hours: Full time, 38h/week
- Monthly gross salary
- If Masters: 2987.29 euros (scale 1.80)
- If PhD: 3698.47 euros (scale 1.91)
- Salary could be higher according to professional experience and personal situation
