Hi guys,

I was wondering if there is a bioinformatics tool out there that does "Transcription Start Site (TSS) Enrichment Score" for me? I searched on the web but unfortunately with no luck.

A web search for Transcription Start Site (TSS) Enrichment Score returned as first hit the function TSSEscore() from ATACseqQC.
