Chrom3d Bead color

"...each bead represents a genomic domain" thats what i read in Nature post about the Chrom3d. But i couldnt find anything about which domain is each color?

You want to know what domain each color represents on the Nature Protocols paper, or do you want to know what the colors represents in general? There are several color schemes, and they may also be defined by the user.

.....using the chrom3d then you use the chimera program, i know you can change the colors. but at first the program gives an output of an image with different coloring. what each color represents?
