I am new to bioinformatics, I'm wonder is there a Calculation of Enrichment Score (ES) and Group Enrichment Score, such as geometric mean of member's p-values? The question that I have is based on that calculate ES, how I can obtain the group enrichment score using any program or formula? Can you explain about ES or Group ES formula calculation with toy example, please? Thank you.

You mention DAVID in your question title. Indeed, DAVID will enrich your genes for, for example, Gene Ontology terms, and then it can also group these enriched terms into clusters, assigning an enrichment 'score' to each cluster in the process.

Take a look at the Functional Annotation Chart and Functional Annotation Clustering sections of DAVID.

This is the most basic way to do what you want.

GSEA can obtain ES and p-value. I hope that will be helpful.
