The GUIDEseq package on Github has a "large" test data set where there are links to download fastq data, however those links are now dead. Does anyone have this data? Willing to share? Thanks!

You can create an issue on GitHub and let the author know about the broken links.

I opened an issue on GitHub, which is still open as of this posting. If someone needs the raw data, you can see below (also posted on GitHub), although this is not the raw data, it will give you somewhere to start. https://github.com/aryeelab/guideseq/issues/53

A temporary work-around for anyone following this thread is to download from the SRR dataset. I believe you can get this with the below cmd, if you have NCBI CLI tools installed. Although these are only the read fastq files and not the indexes...

fastq-dump SRR1695633 -split-files -O /OUTPUT/DIRECTORY
