Filter Variant in DNA repair genes

Hi I would like to filter the SNPs in/near DNA repair genes from a list of almost 500000 SNPs, I tried with biomart but no success. Could any one help ? Thank you

Then please show us what you tried, and we can put you on the right track.

I would try bedtools closest
