I found raw variant calls for individuals in high coverage data (30X) which I found right here:

ftp://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data_collections/1000G_2504_high_coverage/working/20190425_NYGC_GATK/raw_calls/

Where could I find either the BAM/CRAM files used or population VCFs?

Thank you.

Here it is all the data (also including low coverage): http://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data_collections/1000_genomes_project/

You can make a script to download only high coverage ones.
