I am trying to use Circos to generate circle plot. I can draw the "one" circle as manual of Circos. But, I want to draw additional circle of original circle plot. Anyone know or give a technical advice can do this? I cannot fine any recipes in Circos manual. I am attaching sample figure link. Very thanks in advance.

These "extra" circles/segments are just additional <plot> elements. You can control their size with the r0 and r1 attributes (add an r to the end of the value (e.g r0 = 1.07r) to have the radius relative to the main ideogram. There is also a way to switch off segments (or just show certain segments), which is what you see in your example plot, but I don't remember how that works.
