Dear all,

Consider I want to get the original format for certain SRR (e.g., this one).

I have SRAmetadb.sqlite. What exactly should I do in this case?

Best wishes,

Maria

What do you mean by "original format"?

I mean Data access -> Original format -> TenX in "Type" column, using my link.

If you mean fastq, then try to use SRA Toolkit.

It's been a long time, but for other user's benefit: basically, the manual way would be to go to "Data access" tab, and find the "Original format" links below.

https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/index.html?view=run_browser&acc=SRR7536866&display=data-access

The link labelled as "worldwide" can be downloaded with regular tools (you can click on it, or wget/curl/rsync it etc)
