Hello, I need perform virus specific UTR analysis from NGS -WGS data, is there any tools available for virus UTR prediction

You question is lacking some basic info; such as: what data do you have at hand for instance?

In any case: de-novo prediction of UTRs is impossible (or very tricky at best) for most organisms. The best approach is to map transcript data to a genome and deduct UTRs from that.
