Hi! I'm wondering why 10x Feature Barcoding uses a capture sequence instead of a poly(A) for the feature barcoding DNA?

If you are using a CRISPR guide RNA then it would (or an antibody). Here is 10x help page on all things related to feature barcoding.

Thank you! I figured out that we're doing 5' so poly(A) cannot be used anyways.
