Human DNA - Sequenced by Multiple Labs

Hello,

Does anyone know where to find raw sequencing files, alignments, or assemblies that have been generated by multiple labs using the same human DNA sample? It would be preferable if they used some type of PacBio sequencing technology. I am looking for how consistent the sequencing of a certain gene has been across different research groups and I am not sure where to start looking.

Thanks!!

My educated guess is that what you want has not been done. That aside, most human samples are anonymous, so not sure if you would be able to find what you want even if multiple sequencing projects were done on the same individual.

Do you have a favorite human cell line?

I don't have a favorite human cell line, any would do! But you make a good point, I would assume you are correct as well.

GenoMax 141k

Genome-in-a-bottle (GIAB) project has PacBio datasets for HapMap samples. You can find the data here. Not sure if they have been done by different labs.

These genomes are sequenced on different PacBio platforms.
