what is the input i should give to GapCloser ?

Hello please i have question about GapCloser software , i want to know what s the input i should give to GapCloser , is it contigs ( results of assembly , like result of sspace for exemple ) or results of scaffolding (like results of sspace software )

Have you looked at the manual or in-line help (if any) for the program? Input is pretty clear.

GapCloser –b config_file –a scaffold_file –o output_file

yes i just wanted to be sure if scaffold_file is the scaffold file i mean the results of scaffolding ) like sspace result
