Hi, I have a list of missense SNPs from CDS of Peromyscus, and I am trying to predict the impact of single amino acid substitution on protein function. Have any of you tried SNAP2 command line from Rostlab? Since this is a large list, web server is not feasible. I have some difficulties installing SNAP2 in Ubuntu or Debian. Hope some of you can give suggestions. Thanks!
