Hi I am new to this field, I would like someone to explain to me step by step how I can download a KEGG pathway in either .Gpml, .xml or .mapp format. For example map00630

thanks but it didn't work, because the xml file conflicts with Pathvisio, so I need .Gpml, or .mapp format

what was the Pathvisio conflict?

I guess, you could update the issue raised in the PathVisio github repo to reflect that there's still an interest to import KEGG PWs into PathVisio
