I have some sequencing data which has been computationally analyzed for GO, and Differential expression analysis. Unfortunately,qPCR wasn't done for the samples. Is there any way/method we can confirm our findings are validated?

I would try to replicate the findings in publicly-available datasets. You will likely find some data on Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO).
