Trying to do QC on genotype data and want to run HWE test w/ plink.
I have 60 samples, which seems may be on the low side, but I can't find too much on how small of sample size is too small.
These guys seem to suggest 20 is too low: https://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S1415-47572020000400604
Does anyone have any experience with this?
