RNAseq example data

Hi!! I'm looking for an example dataset from RNA-seq expression data that have a time variable. I mean, what I need is some data measured over time and across tissues and genes that I could use for functional data analysis and time series. Does anyone know where I might find this kind of datasets? I would also be fine with other types of genomic data (methylation, mrna expression...). Thanks in advance!!!

Go to this site. Search with "RNAseq time". You can add/refine search adding terms as needed (e.g. human, mouse etc).

You can find a huge amount of data including RNA-seq expression data using the NIAID Data Ecosystem's searchable interface: https://data.niaid.nih.gov

And you can filter by variable measured or other metadata.
