Error installing tophat in ubuntu 20.04

Hi, I'm trying to install tophat in ubuntu 20.04 but I keep getting errors during install. After prepare the build with bootstrap I can't find the bjam file to install boost and neither the configurate file

lastpaulo, you have two options if you still want to use it rather than more recent alternatives such as STAR or hisat2, 1) would be to show the full error log or 2 (recommend) would be to use either a pre-compiled binary from here or a package manager such as conda.
