Hello everyone, I am looking for a company that provides service for ChIP-sequencing, preferably in Europe, basically they have to do the entire experiment from immunoprecipitation to the sequencing.

please le me know if you know anything about it

I am aware of ActiveMotif, you would send them X-linked chromatin (using a protocol they provide) and they do the rest. The company has offices in Europe, but afaik they send stuff to the US for the processing. I recently talked to a representative of AM because we have a super-annoying/difficult ChIP running (or rather not running :-P ) that we are considering to outsource. It is not cheap though, an all-in experiment involving IP, library prep and sequencing, without data analysis, say for three IPs and an input will probably, depending whether they have an antibody ready or would buy and validate one from another company, cost you probably and very roughly between 6000 and 10000€. If this is an option I would shoot them an email, a representative will then contact you and discuss things in detail. Timeframe would probably be several weeks, 5-6 or so until you get data back. Remember that I am no ActiveMotif official, so take these numbers I gave with care, you have to discuss with them in detail.
