We are looking for a bioinformatician to join us at MiroBio.

MiroBio is a small but growing start-up based in Oxford, UK. We are researching new therapeutics for autoimmune disease. A core part of the informatics team, the role will involve performing analyses of in house and public transcriptomic datasets and creating tools to improve data accessibility across the organization. Contributing across the breadth of ongoing research programmes. From a technical perspective, ideal candidates will be confident in R and using pipeline workflows on Linux machines, with lots of experience with either R markdown or Shiny.
