Features

1. No need to edit SampleSheet.csv files
2. Support your own barcode library
3. Support many mismatches on barcode[s] (Currently Illumina only allows 1 mismatch)
4. Easy to use: support single barcode to dual barcode or multiple barcodes protocol [even it has not exist yet]
5. Fast: est. 4 million reads per minute. One hiseq lane dual indexes takes 30 mins. One non-hiseq lane takes 4 min or less using 400 barcodes.
6. Grouping output files: customize the output layout within the config file
