I am trying to validate some new methods and I am looking for good BAM file(s). I know I could simulate them myself, but I was wondering someone has already done this and spent the time to document their work.

It would be nice if the bam file(s) contained the following:

1) Multiple sequence IDs.

2) Variants.

3) All forms of structural rearrangements.

4) The more documentation the better.

5) Small.

I would be very grateful if someone was willing to share!

added some extra description into the title so that later it is easier to identify what the question is about.

don't let anyone pass off TCGA as some kind of solution since it seems the barriers to access are ridiculously high
