Hello All,
To Identify SNPs in a particular disease we conducted Genome-wide (1.14 million) SNP genotyping (Unbiased and Agnostic). Other than finding out SNPs and conducting GWA-Study, what all the other analysis can be done on the data ? Which will help us in some or other ways for interpreting some meaning out of it.
Thanks a lot ! -Ateeq !
Try "post-GWAS" as a keyword. This might be useful: contribute to the Nat Gen paper "Principles for the post-GWAS functional characterisation of risk loci"
