I have read this post Qualimap settings for a very large bam, chunk size and number of windows and has same problem that I have large bam file I gave 8GB to heap java memory, but still it is failing because of memory I changed change chunk size 500. I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to allocate more memory/ complete run. I was also wondering can I instal it in Linux? I tried but than it is not finding R which is installed. Is there a specific version for Linux? Thanks
I think there is one 0 in bam size missing it should be 80-
