I am new to coexpression network construction. In my hand, i have 89 samples of different treatments from different tissues, and the same tissue treated by the same treatment in different time. like below: treatment: Didymella bryoniae , tissue: leaf
- leaf at fruit 300 grams stage, before infection
- leaf at fruit 300 grams stage, 24 hrs after infection
- leaf at fruit 300 grams stage, 1 week after infection
I want to use these data to construct a coexpression network, how to manage the data for WGCNA input?
