I can't find the stop codons on IVG
I know only three: TGA; TAG; TAA

That's not a stop codon, that sequence is intron; its not in the transcript at all.

IGV shows stop codons.
So a nonsense mutation stops the transcription of exons further in the gene?
What nonsense mutation? We are not on your computer and can't read your mind, so be as detailed as you can and give us all relevant context.
Are you sure that's a stop codon and not the last codon in an exon?
Yes, I still don't understand how the transcription works
Is it a human gene? If it is, in all probability, that is not a stop codon, just an exon followed by an intron. Until you give us context to understand why you so strongly think it's a stop codon when biology disagrees and IGV disagrees, we can't help you any further.
