I can't find the stop codons on IVG

I know only three: TGA; TAG; TAA

Are you sure that's a stop codon and not the last codon in an exon?

Is it a human gene? If it is, in all probability, that is not a stop codon, just an exon followed by an intron. Until you give us context to understand why you so strongly think it's a stop codon when biology disagrees and IGV disagrees, we can't help you any further.

That's not a stop codon, that sequence is intron; its not in the transcript at all.
