Hello everyone! I have 7000 peptide sequences and I want to find if they are annotated. Does anybody know a tool or a method to put the sequences massively or in groups in order to find quickly if they are annotated / ref seq (in Ensembl specifically ) ?? Thank you .
what kind of annotation are you looking for.
If they are coding , long non coding , genomic location , charge of the peptide
