Retrieve annotated genomes from Ensembl Genomes or GenBank

Greetings!

I am trying to retrieve annotated genomes, and would like to know how I can obtain this information programmatically, from either Ensembl Genomes or GenBank. Input can be either a list of tax IDs or a list of organism names.
