UI have bacterial genome assembly. I already did its taxonomic classification. I would like perform annotation like gene information, circularize bacterial genome using online tools

not sure about online tools, but PROKKA is the go-to tool for bacterial annotation.

RAST (https://rast.nmpdr.org/) is a good online tool for bacterial genome annotation.

The NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP) is available for online annotation. If you go with prokka, you will need to install additional HMM databases beyond HAMAP, or else you will not get a good annotation for prokaryotes. It is explained at prokka's github page.
