Hi, I am a new researcher in the field of metagenomics. In terms of databases, I know MGnify which include all the metagenome type such as marine, human, and so on. But I need to work on the specific databases. Are there any known specific databases based on marine, soil, and human separately? If not, how can I produce such a database?
