Hi everyone
What is the minimal insert size that can be reliably sequenced in Miniseq?
Is it okay to design a target DNA panel that has a region of interest (ROI) only 3bp long? Then, the insert size is going to be only between 50-70bp.
The intended application is target variant detection.
