How to install latest version of bcftools on ubuntu?

Hello everybody,

I am trying to install latest version of bcftools in my ubuntu system. But when I run this command

sudo apt-get install bcftools

It installs bcftoolsv1.10. I want bcftoolsv1.16 or greater. Can anybody please help me out in installing latest version of this tool. Any help would be highly appreciated.
